We process the data you provide us with in your application exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data will not be processed for any other purposes.
When you use the online application function on our website, our service provider d.vinci Recruiting Services GmbH, Nagelsweg 37 – 39, 20097 Hamburg, supports us in processing your application documents in strict accordance with our instructions within the framework of order processing.
The online application function on our website allows you to fill out our applicant questionnaire using your profile on social networks (known as CV parsing). This involves reading your CV data from your profile and entering it into the applicant questionnaire in a structured manner. This saves you the time-consuming task of entering your data manually.
Alternatively, you can continue to send us your application documents as a PDF by email or by post in an envelope to the address specified in the job advertisement.
You decide how much info you want to share with us in your application. Applications are sent electronically to our HR department and processed as quickly as possible.
The transfer is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company.
Your data will not be passed on to any other parties. Your information will be treated confidentially within our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 3 months.
If you would like us to consider your application for other or future job vacancies, please indicate this on your application or give your consent during the online application process. We will store your application documents in our applicant pool for a maximum of 2 years. We will then process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please send your revocation to the address stated in the legal notice.
