You have the option of contacting us using our contact form. To use our contact form, we first need the data marked as mandatory fields from you.

We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations based on Section 26 of the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu). We process the data you provide us with in your application exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data will not be processed for any other purposes.
When you use the online application function on our website, our service provider d.vinci Recruiting Services GmbH, Nagelsweg 37 – 39, 20097 Hamburg, supports us in processing your application documents in strict accordance with our instructions within the framework of order processing.
The online application function on our website allows you to fill out our applicant questionnaire using your profile on social networks (known as CV parsing). This involves reading your CV data from your profile and entering it into the applicant questionnaire in a structured manner. This saves you the time-consuming task of entering your data manually.
You decide how much info you want to share with us in your application. Applications are sent electronically to our HR department and processed as quickly as possible.
The transfer is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company.
Your data will not be passed on to any other parties. Your information will be treated confidentially within our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 3 months.
If you would like us to consider your application for other or future job vacancies, please indicate this on your application or give your consent during the online application process. We will store your application documents in our applicant pool for a maximum of 2 years. We will then process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please send your revocation to the address stated in the legal notice.
Storage period
Unless we have already provided detailed information about the storage period, we delete personal data if they are no longer required for the aforementioned processing purposes and there are no legitimate interests or other (legal) storage reasons that conflict with deletion.
Other processors
As part of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, we pass on your data to service providers who support us in operating our websites and the associated processes. These are, for example, hosting service providers. Our service providers are strictly bound to our instructions and are contractually obliged accordingly.
Your rights as a data subject
When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you as a data subject certain rights:
Right to information (Article 15 GDPR)
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; If this is the case, you have the right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.
